2.2. KiKi does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of user profiles, and users are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion when interacting with others.
3.1. KiKi is not responsible for any accidents, damages, injuries, or incidents that occur during rides. Drivers must ensure their vehicles meet safety standards and have appropriate insurance coverage.
3.2. In case of disputes or incidents, KiKi is not liable for mediation, compensation, or legal outcomes between users.
4.1. Users agree not to falsify any information on their profile or during rides, including trip details, identity, or payment arrangements.
4.2. Users found engaging in fraudulent behavior or violating these terms may be removed from the platform without notice.
5.1. Users are required to protect their personal information and only share necessary details with trusted parties.
5.2. Location updates and contact details should be used responsibly to ensure a safe ridesharing experience for all parties.
6.1 KiKi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are reported for misconduct. Users may also deactivate their account at any time without penalty.
